Grief Counseling
Grief counseling is for anyone who has lost someone close to them. It is a good idea to seek help if you are having issues moving forward after experiencing a loss. Support groups or individual counseling can really help someone who is going through the loss of a loved one.
Grief symptoms:
Crying
Loss of appetite
Increase of appetite
Anxiety
Feeling guilty
Feeling frustrated
Aches
Difficulty sleeping and staying asleep
Pain headaches
Stomach pains
Feeling sad
Feeling angry
Isolating yourself from people
Detaching yourself from people
Behaving anyway that is not normal for you to act
Depression
Physical illness
PTSD
Feeling suicidal (You should call a crisis line or see a counselor if you are feeling suicidal)
What can you do to feel better?
Join a support group
See a counselor
Stay away from drugs and alcohol
Get enough sleep
Eat healthy
Get out of the house
Do daily and normal activities
Talk to family, and friends
Give yourself time

Denial
Anger
Bargaining
Depression
Acceptance
It is normal to experience all of these stages. It is very important to know that it is okay to feel denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.
