This list is just some of the things that can cause trauma and or PTSD. Basically anything can traumatize a person, because what happens with trauma is it affects people differently. Two people can be in a car accident and one of them can be traumatized and the other person can be fine with no trauma. It depends on how your brain see’s the experience. If you get support quickly your chances of getting PTSD are less likely.

What is PTSD?
PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is an anxiety disorder. It can happen after you have seen or experienced a traumatizing event. If you have PTSD it is important to seek counseling and get help for your pain and suffering. How do you know if you need help? The following is a list of some symptoms of PTSD:
Flashbacks
Nightmares
Detached from reality
Lost interest in pleasurable activities
Feeling numb
Not caring about things
Staying away from places
Can’t concentrate
Easy to startle you
Anger
Sleeping issues
Anxiety
Guilt

Dizzy
Fainting
Fast heart beat

Panic attacks
